4th class mail: (Delivery time about 2 to 4 weeks) is not mailed in an envelope. Subscription starts with the next issue.
Magazines are normally mailed out in the last week of the month preceding the Cover-Date of the magazine, (i.e., December/January issue would be mailed out in the last week of November).
